Okay, this is not your average sad desk lunch. We’re talking crispy, creamy, craveable wrap energy with a spicy kick — it’s giving main character in a leather jacket. Think of it as Caesar salad’s cooler, wrap-ready cousin. We make it when we want something hot girl satisfying without losing our grip on real ingredients.

🛒 What You’ll Need:

Minimal effort, max flavor — let’s go.

• 1 large flour tortilla (go classic or do a garlic herb wrap for extra drama)

• 1 grilled or air-fried chicken breast, sliced

• 1/2 cup chopped lettuce (crunch factor: essential)

• Optional: 1 Tomato (Chopped into small chunks)

• 2 tbsp spicy Caesar dressing (we love adding a squirt of sriracha to store-bought Caesar)

• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan

• 1 small handful crushed croutons (adds that addictive crunch — trust)

• Optional: crispy bacon bits if we’re feeling extra

• Squeeze of lemon for freshness

• Cracked black pepper for the chef’s kiss

🥵 Wrap Assembly Instructions:

1. Warm the wrap a little to make it more foldable (we just toss it on a dry pan for 30 secs).

2. In a bowl, toss the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan until everything’s coated in spicy creamy goodness.

3. Lay your wrap flat and pile the mixture in the center.

4. Sprinkle crushed croutons on top for that crunch moment.

5. Wrap it burrito-style — tuck the sides in first, roll it tight, and slice in half.

💁‍♀️ Lux Tips:

• Wrap it in foil for a grab-and-go moment or serve on a cute plate with pickles on the side.

• We keep the spicy Caesar dressing in a mini mason jar in the fridge — it’s that good.

• Pair it with cold brew or sparkling lemonade for the summer lunch glow-up.

This wrap hits different — it’s spicy, crispy, creamy, and not remotely boring. It’s your “I need a real lunch but I still want to slay” go-to. Chic enough to flex on your IG story, lowkey enough to bring to class or work.
