Our Go-To Healthy Lunch: 10-Minute Chickpea Salad Wraps

Okay, let’s talk about that lunch moment. It’s 12:47, we’re slightly hangry, but we still want to eat something that doesn’t make us crash at 3PM. These chickpea salad wraps? Life. Changing.

We’ve been making this on repeat—no joke—because it’s:

• 🌿 Plant-based

• 🕒 10 minutes start to finish

• 🥒 Crunchy, creamy, tangy, everything-y

• 💼 Perfect for meal prep or tossing in your tote for a busy day


🛒 What You’ll Need (serves 2-3)

• 1 can chickpeas, drained + rinsed

• 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (or vegan mayo if dairy-free)

• 1 tsp Dijon mustard

• Juice of 1/2 lemon

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder

• Salt + pepper to taste

• 1 small celery stalk, finely chopped

• 1 small cucumber, diced

• 1/4 red onion, finely chopped

• A few fresh dill sprigs (optional but elite)

• Wraps, pita, or lettuce cups to serve

• Optional: avocado slices, spinach, or sprouts to stuff in


🥄 How We Make It

1. In a bowl, mash chickpeas with a fork. Don’t go too hard—texture is your friend.

2. Stir in yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Fold in celery, cucumber, red onion, and dill.

4. Taste test (always)—add a lil more lemon or salt if needed.

5. Spoon into wraps, tuck in your extras (avocado, we see you), and devour.
